A day in the life of our Senior Technical Lead:

● Participate in requirements analysis.
● Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
● Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
● Test and deploy applications and systems
● Revise, update, refactor, and debug code
● Improve existing software
● Develop documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
● Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
● Knowledge in GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence
● Must be technologically adept
● Lead and manage a medium to large team
● Participates in scoping and planning work

We want you to have:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field
● Proven experience of full-cycle software development
● Strong working knowledge of .Net Framework and .Net Core
● Experience in MVC, Web API, and SQL Server
● Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
● Familiarity with DBMS databases and NOSQL like MySQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB
● Experience evaluating and integrating third-party controls from Syncfusion / Infragistics / DevExpress / Fusion Charts & Maps, or similar companies; Experience extending or customizing these components for customer-specific requirements
● Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries like HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, and any two of these frameworks: Angular, ReactJS, or Vue
● Demonstrated implementation of microservices, containers, and cloud-native application development
● Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift and related container platform ecosystems
● Solid understanding of Amazon AWS cloud / Google cloud / Azure; Any cloud certification is a plus
● Experience working in a DevOps-focused environment for container creation and deployment is a big plus
● Experience building complex web user interfaces
● Deep understanding of object-oriented JavaScript, solid programming background, design principles and standards
● Experience handling different browser capabilities
● Experience in a continuous integration environment (Preferably Jenkins) and plugins for UI standard checking
● Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and scope development work
● Strong attention to detail
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills
